Who we are

This website, reborncontractorsnetwork.com, is operated by Reborn Contractors Network (legal name: Reborn Contractor Network), 2514 13th Avenue Northwest, Puyallup, WA 98371 ("RCN", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company details and the answers you submit in our 9-Pillar assessment, forms, surveys and booking calendar.
• Purchase information: when you buy a program or membership, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing details and purchase history. We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatic information: basic device, browser and usage data (such as pages visited and links clicked) collected through cookies and similar tools so the site works and we can improve it.

How we use your information

• Deliver what you asked for: assessment results, reports, workbooks, member resources and access to our groups and calls.
• Send emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your results, programs, calls and offers.
• Schedule and confirm Strategy Calls and coaching sessions.
• Process payments, provide support and keep records required by law.
• Improve our website, programs and communications.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Reborn Contractors Network about your assessment results, appointments, programs and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and email/SMS platform, scheduling tools, Stripe for payments and video-meeting tools, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send transactional messages about purchases or appointments.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as you are a contact, member or customer, and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no online system is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor valid requests.

Children

Our services are for business owners and professionals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
