Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of reborncontractorsnetwork.com and the programs, memberships, coaching, events, groups and digital products offered by Reborn Contractors Network (legal name: Reborn Contractor Network) ("RCN", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

RCN provides business education, coaching, peer networking, assessments, digital resources and community access for contractor and business owners. Program details, pricing and what is included are described on the program page and at checkout.

No guarantee of results

We share frameworks, tools and experience, not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, decisions, market and many factors outside our control. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice; consult a qualified professional for those matters.

Payments and memberships

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• You can cancel a membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email us with your name and purchase details.

Books

Books purchased on Amazon are sold and shipped by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's terms and return policies.

Community standards

Our groups, calls and events are built on integrity and respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, recruits or promotes without approval, or shares confidential member information. Removal for conduct is at our discretion.

Confidentiality

What members share in calls, hot seats and groups stays there. Do not record, screenshot or repost other members' information without their permission.

Intellectual property

All content, including the 9-Pillar framework, workbooks, reports, templates, videos and branding, belongs to RCN or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, share or republish them.

Text messages and email

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RCN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
